Weight Loss Wednesday

Well...I've committed to weighing in & posting my results here...but, I'm a little disappointed now that even after 2 weeks of working out at the gym...I can't seem to get the scales to budge! I still need to drink more water and will try to commit to that this week. Is there anyone else that is trying to lose weight--what are your goals? how are you trying to lose it? Let's encourage each other!
